Materials:
Stainless steels (304,316,etc.), alloy steels (AISI 8620,4140,etc.), aluminum alloys (A356,A380,etc.), respect to JIS,DIN and ASTM standards.
Process description:
Tooling: 3D modeling and CNC aluminum tooling.
Wax pattern:wax injected into the tooling with temp. and pressure controlled.
Shell molds: wax tree, ceramic dipping , wax recycle.
Casting: hand pouring metals into the molds.
Shell knockout: remove shell material from the casting.
Gate removal: cut each casting from the tree assembly and grinding the gate.
Sand blasting: Clean the castings.
Casting inspection: inspection each casting for general outlook.
Passivated: remove the stainless steel casting oxides.
Heat treatment: solid melt for the stainless steel and normalize the alloy steel casting.
Straightening: Corrected the distorsion for the precision castings.
Machining:CNC turning and milling respect to the drawings.
